Construction Field Support Role

We are looking for a Project Management Assistant to support our Project Managers and help keep residential construction projects running smoothly in the field.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working hands-on, and supporting active construction projects. You will assist with jobsite logistics, materials coordination, equipment management, and general field support to help projects stay organized and on schedule.

This position is not a trade position and does not require specialized construction skills, but experience in construction or strong interest in the industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily jobsite logistics and coordination
• Deliver materials and pick up supplies for active construction projects
• Pick up, drop off, and manage dump trailers as needed
• Assist with jobsite setup, organization, and readiness
• Deliver and retrieve tools, equipment, and materials between job sites and the shop
• Help maintain shop and yard organization, inventory, and supplies
• Perform routine jobsite check-ins and report updates to Project Managers
• Assist with light field tasks when needed (no specialized trade work required)
• Communicate with Project Managers regarding project needs and materials

Qualifications

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
• Basic construction knowledge or strong interest in the construction industry
• Ability to follow direction and take initiative when needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift materials and work in an active jobsite environment

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience.
