What you will do Our sales team is growing and we are looking for an Business Development Representative (Outbound Growth Executive). About the role Your mission is to identify and engage potential customers, qualify leads through targeted outbound efforts, and book meetings with key decision-makers for our Account Executives. You will also be responsible for independently closing smaller deals. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Range of responsibilities Outbound Proactively research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest Qualify leads by understanding pain points, timing, budget, and decision-making process Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and maintain a consistent pipeline of well-qualified opportunities. Inbound Qualify inbound leads within the €1,500–€5,000 ARR range. Present the solution clearly, determine the most relevant proof or materials to support the prospect, and manage the full sales cycle to close these smaller deals directly. For All Activities Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track activities, update records, and report performance accurately. Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
