LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

~ Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed LPN required with preference given for in home care. ~ Knowledgeable in regulations for VA, Medicaid and waiver programs for all services available in the homecare industry ~ Experience in maintaining clinical records in compliance with state, federal rules and regulations. ~ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills ~ Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Duties and responsibilities Builds strong relationships with caregivers and clients/families Educates the community, clients and families on services available Must document and maintain clinical records in conformance with federal, state and Franchisor rules and regulations.
