Location: Washinton, DC and metro area Type: 12-month Contract To Hire Compensation: $32.50/HR Work Model: Hybrid ( 2* a month) Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented candiate to support the day-to-day administration of corporate training programs. This position plays a key role in coordinating training activities, managing learning records, supporting vendors, and maintaining reporting that helps track training participation and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and has strong Excel skills to support reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training requests, enrollments, approvals, and completion tracking.
• Support PeopleSoft ELM and other learning management systems.
• Run training reports, track metrics, and maintain dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors and support invoice and payment processing.
• Organize training logistics including scheduling, materials, room setup, and event support.
• Maintain training records, SOPs, job aids, and other documentation.
• Respond to employee training inquiries and support the team inbox.
• Assist with process improvements and learning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in training coordination, learning administration, HR support, program coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and reporting.
• Experience tracking metrics, creating reports, and maintaining documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Preferred

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as PeopleSoft ELM.
• Experience with vendor coordination, invoices, or procurement support.
• Experience supporting Learning & Development or HR teams.

Ideal backgrounds: Training Coordinator, Learning Coordinator, LMS Coordinator, Training Administrator, HR Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Learning & Development Coordinator.
