Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team. Innovate with technology. Job Requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!). Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
