No two days are the same, and you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive long-term success.As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major healthcare clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnershipAcquiring a thorough understanding of customer objectives, workflows, and business challengesProspecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within assigned accounts and territoriesPlanning and managing strategic executive-level meetings with customer stakeholdersDriving sales of Sectra products and services to meet and exceed revenue objectivesExpanding relationships within existing customer organizations by identifying opportunities to deliver additional valueServing as a subject matter expert on Sectra's solutions and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teamsLeading and participating in clinical, workflow, and technical discussions with customersEnsuring products and services are delivered successfully and aligned with customer expectationsCollaborating across Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teamsPartnering closely with Customer Support and Operations teams to help resolve customer concerns and drive positive outcomesMaintaining accurate account information, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM systemsPreparing regular reports and business reviews for internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related customer-facing roleExperience working within healthcare technology, enterprise software, medical imaging, or a related industry preferredProven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levelsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead strategic discussions and navigate complex customer environmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience using CRM platforms and sales forecasting toolsAbility to understand and communicate technical and clinical concepts to a variety of audiencesSelf-motivated, collaborative, and driven to achieve resultsHow We Make Your Job Meaningful and RewardingAt Sectra, we combine the entrepreneurial spirit of a growing technology company with the stability and experience of a global organization.
