ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2010 and is a team of four who are competitive, focused, and committed to delivering strong results. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a banker. I was inspired by several insurance agents I looked up to, which ultimately led me to pursue this career and build an agency of my own. I’m a big family person with three children and a very close-knit family. Faith, family, Farm, and friends are the values that guide both my life and leadership style. I’m also a proud Mississippi State supporter. I stay involved in the community through Rotary and my church, believing that strong local connections make a meaningful difference. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, and a strong focus on work-life balance. While we work hard and hold high standards, we also make sure to support one another along the way. Our office culture is competitive, detailed, and number-focused—but we also know how to have fun. We’re proud to have two top-performing team members in the state and maintain high expectations for ourselves and each other. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kevin Flurry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents'employees are not employees of State Farm.
