Job Description

• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation.
• Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and talent acquisition activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related support.
• Assist with front office operations including visitor management, office supplies, and general administrative responsibilities.
• Partner with management to help cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• 1-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or a related field.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, food production, or another industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Positive, professional, and employee-focused approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an HR career path.
