Hours: 8 hours/day | 80 hours per 2-week pay period
Weekend: No weekends
On-Call: No call

Compensation

• CMA: $22.23–$27.37/hour, based on experience
• LPN: $24.50–$32.77/hour, based on experience
• Perm Placement Fee: 25%

Position Overview

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to join a busy outpatient clinic in Minnetonka, MN. The position supports providers with clinical and administrative tasks while helping ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and complete standard clinical intake processes.
• Assist providers with patient care and treatment.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic laboratory tests.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed.
• Provide telephone and patient communication support.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Support front desk/check-in activities when needed.
• Order and maintain clinical supplies.
• Perform X-ray duties if appropriately qualified and authorized.
• Communicate patient concerns and updates to the healthcare team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.

CMA Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP or equivalent qualifying RMA program).
• Current BLS certification .
• Relevant clinical/medical assisting experience preferred.

LPN Requirements

• Active Minnesota Practical Nurse (PN) license at the time of submission.
• Current BLS certification .
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
