Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician

Job Description Job Description Denver Pro Mechanical is looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, with preferred kitchen experience and other commercial properties. A successful technician will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a service route independently while providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems Service and maintain kitchen-related HVAC equipment Handle scheduled service routes and emergency service calls Participate in an on-call rotation one weekend per month Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with the team Qualifications 3-5 years of HVAC experience in commercial or residential settings Kitchen HVAC experience required Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What Success Looks Like in this Role: Completing assigned service calls efficiently and accurately Building strong relationships with clients through professionalism and excellent service Diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues with minimal downtime for customers Managing a service route independently and responding to emergency calls as needed Adhering to safety standards and industry best practices What We Offer: Competitive pay: $30-$40/hr (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Steady, year-round work with a well-established company Join Denver Pro Mechanical and take the next step in your HVAC career with a company that values your skills and dedication!
