Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree, active Physical Therapy Assistant license, and 1+ years Physical Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Requirements:

• Valid PTA licensure in accordance with state regulations
• Previous experience providing physical therapy services to pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Understanding of IEPs and ability to support students in alignment with educational goals
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and commitment to student success in an academic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions to students based on individualized plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services rendered
• Consult with educational staff and caregivers to foster optimal outcomes
• Adhere to district policies, ethical standards, and state requirements throughout service delivery
