The Logistics Clerk is responsible for coordinating transportation activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, vendors, warehouse operations, and the sales team. The role focuses on freight quoting, shipment scheduling, delivery performance management, routing coordination, vendor pickups, and customer-related transportation charges.

Qualifications that will make you successful include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze transportation costs and service performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
