Operations Coordinator
\nEl Paso, TX | Full-time | On-site
\n \nWhen a schedule changes, the team needs to know what changed, who is affected, and what happens next. As an Operations Coordinator in El Paso, you will help keep daily plans accurate and make sure routine requests do not get lost.
\nSpanish-speaking and bilingual applicants are welcome. Spanish and English are helpful, but not required.
\n \nA typical day may involve
\n- \n
- Updating schedules, work trackers, and shared records. \n
- Checking incoming requests for the details needed to act on them. \n
- Following up with colleagues about outstanding tasks. \n
- Communicating changes in timing or priorities. \n
- Preparing straightforward reports and keeping documents organized. \n
- Flagging recurring issues to the person who can resolve them. \n
We are looking for someone who enters information accurately, communicates calmly, and follows through. Experience in operations, logistics, administration, hospitality, or another coordination role can be useful. You should be comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and learning the team’s processes.
