Key Responsibilities For The Bookkeeper:
Process and code vendor invoices by project and cost category. Maintain job cost accounting records and reconcile to the general ledger. Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities. Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and collections activities. Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting processes. Assist with lender reporting, construction draws, and CPA documentation.
Qualifications For The Bookkeeper:
5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or real estate. Strong understanding of job cost accounting. Proficiency with QuickBooks. Experience managing accounting activities across multiple entities.
