Splitter Job

As a splitter you are responsible for the timely and accurate receipt of all products that is received to the warehouse, split, or cross docked in our facility. A splitter is responsible for all proper documentation of all BOL's and itemized shipping documentation.

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and. Responsible for accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse or down the conveyor. Responsible for proper documentation of all BOL's and itemized shipping documentation. Ability to move products via Forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to and from locations when receipt is complete and processed. Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned.

At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Obtain powered equipment certification on all required equipment. Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate all facilities. Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices). Must be able to see at close and far distances. Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively.
