Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for ICU patients across the adult population, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement plans of care.
- Monitor and interpret hemodynamic status, respiratory function, and neurological status; manage medications, fluids, and equipment as ordered; participate in ventilator and life-support management as appropriate.
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans, perform continuous assessment, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer treatments and therapies per physician orders; document care accurately and ensure compliance with unit standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and support staff; communicate effectively with patients’ families and provide education as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized ICU environment, adhering to infection control practices and hospital policies.

Requirements
- ICU or critical care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to travel and work in a hospital ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
