This role will own the commercial/sales FP&A function for NATURIUM and partner closely with the Sales organization and our VP of Sales, Crystal Plomer. The role will report directly to me, AVP of FP&A for NATURIUM. This person will serve as a key bridge between FP&A and the Commercial/Sales organization, connecting financial planning and performance management with the day-to-day needs of the business. Key areas of ownership will include commercial sales planning across retail and connected commerce, as well as Visual Merchandising, including the associated costs, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

This will be a highly visible and impactful role as we continue to scale NATURIUM, with significant exposure to senior Commercial and Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A leader who:

• Brings strong CPG commercial/sales finance experience and understands how Sales and Finance work together
• Can operate as a strategic business partner while also being comfortable diving into the details
• Is highly cross-functional and can build strong relationships with Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Finance
• Has experience translating business strategy and commercial activity into financial plans, forecasts, and actionable insights
• Can bring structure and process to a fast-growing, evolving organization
• Is comfortable working in a high-visibility role and influencing senior stakeholders

Requirements

Must-Haves

• CPG experience, specifically commercial/sales finance experience
• Strong FP&A fundamentals, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Sales / Commercial teams
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Beauty or other consumer-facing CPG experience
• Experience with retail and/or connected commerce
• Experience with Visual Merchandising / retail investments and related planning
• Experience building or improving FP&A processes in a growing organization
• Experience partnering directly with VP-level or other senior commercial leaders

$110,000 - $140,000 a year

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
