Provide professional service and follow standard recipes to ensure established control systems are followed.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guestsComply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policiesDispense alcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies and regulationsEnsure cleanliness of the barPerform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc. Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time. Complete closing dutiesPerforms any other job related duties as assignedRequirements:One year of previous experience as a bartender preferredTIPS and ServSafe certifications requiredMust be able to work a flexible schedule to include day and evening shifts, weekends and holidaysActual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
