As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Access Monitoring in Twinsburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a professional presence that helps deter incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and control entry and exit for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
