Prestige Personnel, LLC is supporting a client seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial construction projects. This role oversees daily field operations across multiple job sites, ensuring crews stay productive, projects remain on schedule, and safety standards are consistently upheld.

This position requires regular travel between sites. Mileage is fully reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily field operations across multiple construction sites
• Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, inspections, and vendor activities
• Maintain project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct regular safety checks and enforce all site safety protocols
• Identify and resolve on‐site issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Document daily activities, site conditions, and progress updates
• Communicate consistently with project leadership and stakeholders

Required Experience

• 3+ years as a Construction Superintendent , Site Supervisor , Foreman , or similar field leadership role
• Strong understanding of residential or commercial construction processes
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Mileage reimbursement for all site travel
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between project sites
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when needed

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Competitive pay up to $65.00 hourly depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and project complexity.

• Opportunity to support a reputable construction project with the possibility of converting to a full-time employee
• Weekly pay as a contractor working on Prestige's Payroll until converted to company payroll.
