Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
• Understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies and best practices
• Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain detailed records
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent 1:1 behavioral support according to individualized behavior plans
• Implement ABA-based interventions and document student performance
• Foster a safe, encouraging environment that enhances student growth
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families as appropriate
• Remain flexible to cover substitute needs as requested (per diem)
• Uphold professional and organizational guidelines
