TARCG are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Reservation Agent to join a high-performing, luxury-focused travel team. This role is ideal for a seasoned travel professional who excels in complex air bookings, has strong Sabre GDS expertise, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. Overview The Role As a Senior Reservation Agent, you will manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings , with a strong emphasis on complex airfare construction using Sabre GDS . You will act as a trusted expert for luxury travel advisors and premium travellers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout the booking lifecycle. Responsibilities Research, price, and construct complex domestic and international airfare itineraries using Sabre GDS Manage the full booking process, including ticketing, exchanges, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes Deliver high-touch, proactive service to luxury travel advisors and premium clients Troubleshoot fare rules, routing options, and irregular operations with confidence and precision Optimise itineraries to meet client expectations while maintaining accuracy and compliance Support sales initiatives by promoting luxury travel solutions and collaborating with internal teams Qualifications Proven experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or airfare consolidation Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS (Amadeus or similar also accepted) Experience handling complex, multi-sector international itineraries Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Confident, professional communication style suited to luxury clients Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or related field desirable.
