Restaurant Store Manager

Restaurant Store Manager Oversee daily operations and uphold award‑winning quality. What You’ll Do Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction. Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly. Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs. Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation. What You Bring Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management; fast‑casual a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment. Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (training provided).
