Description

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to work onsite in our Daleville Customer Care Center, serving as the first point of contact for customers and providing support for a variety of banking-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls

- Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and transfers

- Support online and mobile banking needs, including password resets

- Research and resolve customer issues and concerns

- Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions

- Recommend bank products and services when appropriate

Skills

Customer service, conflict resolution skills, call center, data entry, Microsoft Office, customer care

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Must have High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to pass required background and employment verifications (employment verification up to 7 years)

- Credit check required (no bankruptcies within the last 36 months and no unresolved charge-offs; candidates with charge-offs must have an established payment plan and able to provide proof if need be)

- Flexibility to work Saturday shifts as part of the team's rotating schedule (Saturday hours are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM; alternate time off is provided during the week)

- Banking or financial services experience preferred

- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daleville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
