Technical Customer Support Representative

Joining a global customer support team, the full-time Technical Customer Support Representative will provide first-contact resolutions via email, chat, and phone, assisting clients in effectively using Procore's platform while working remotely within 30 miles of Austin, TX or Denver, CO. Key responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by managing cases through various communication channels Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose root causes to provide effective solutions Maintain a thorough understanding of Procore's business model and technologies to optimize customer use of the software Required qualifications Fluent English speaker with a verification assessment 1+ years of experience in a contact center or technical support environment; or 2+ years of related customer support experience High School Diploma or GED required Strong multitasking skills and ability to self-manage workload Reliable self-starter with excellent attendance and time management skills
