LAN and Network Technician
The Midtown Group
Our local government client is hiring an LAN / WAN Network Technician to support their team in Washington, DC!!
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Kaseya IT management platform for efficient endpoint monitoring.
- Configure and deploy Kaseya policies for endpoint devices, ensuring compliance with organizational IT standards.
- Monitor device health, apply updates, and address alerts generated by Kaseya.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kaseya-related issues, escalating to the product owner when necessary.
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Active Certification in either ITAM or MS MDAA
- 10+ years' experience handling IT asset management tasks including endpoint monitoring in Kaseya
