Position Summary

Representing Mueller-Yurgae DSD in the field, selling and delivering products ensuring customers receive a high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure Execution Standards and Growth are attained at all stores
• Maximize the use of space to increase sales
• Utilize POS effectively to drive sales
• Service the stores accordingly to eliminate Out of Stock
• Meet all sales goals and secure opportunities for incremental sales
• Manage route drive time efficiently and drive courteously following all safety policies
• Load, unload and drive the products to all stores or destinations
• Driving delivery vehicle and maintaining clean driving record.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 2 years in Direct Store Delivery/ grocery sales experience
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work 6am-2pm M-F (occassional Saturday during peak times)
• Ability to get in and out of the vehicle on a regular basis .

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
