Client Account Manager

About the Role

MCL Talent Partners is hiring Client Account Managers on behalf of a growing client in the Overland Park, KS area. This is a full-time, client-facing opportunity for someone who is motivated, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career with advancement potential.

This role offers a structured training program, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for growth. No prior industry experience is required. The team is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and is ready to develop professionally in a performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

As a Client Account Manager, you will work directly with business owners and employees to help support benefit education, enrollments, and ongoing client relationships. This role combines hands-on training and support with in-person client meetings in the field.

Responsibilities include :

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to discuss available benefit options

• Assist with employee enrollments and answer questions during scheduled meetings

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

• Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship from leadership

• Manage follow-up activity and stay organized with appointments and client communication

• Represent the client professionally in both office and community settings

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable meeting with people in person and presenting information clearly

• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable

• Valid driver's license required

• Comfortable with local travel and in-person client meetings

• Licensing is required; support is provided through the onboarding process.

Compensation : Performance-based | Target first year earnings $46,968 - $88,607+, depending on performance
