Afternoon Babysitter for Children Ages 4, 6, and 10

We are looking for a reliable and experienced babysitter for our three children, ages 4, 6, and 10, in Houston, TX. This long-term position requires availability from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible. The role involves supervising playtime, assisting with homework and in-home learning activities, preparing simple meals, and performing light housekeeping. You must have your own car for pickup, drop-off, and outings. An ideal candidate will have experience working with multiples and children with special needs. You will need to learn and implement in-home therapy techniques to support our children's progress. A safe and structured environment is essential for us. We are open to candidates available only for summer break and also require someone who can assist during mornings and evenings throughout the school year, from August until April/May 2027. Compensation includes part payment through a program at $13.10/hr, with the remaining portion matched by us due to the special needs of our children. We prefer a BIPOC care provider and someone experienced with neurodivergent children, though these are not deal breakers. We're open to virtual interviews to discuss further details.
