Business Consulting Practice consists of Financial Management, Strategy & Performance Improvement, Technology Strategy and Management and Business Application.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in full life cycle implementations including: planning, design, & build phases Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsContribute to design sessions to help identify business system requirements needed to meet the client's business and transformational goalsLead Infor M3 teams during the build phase through testing and roll-out of implementationConfigure Infor M3 applications and conduct iterative unit testing Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment Provide post-production support. Other general and administrative responsibilities include participation in meetings and preparation of minutes as appropriate Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans. Participate in other business development activities as appropriateOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 15+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.Minimum of 4 Infor or Lawson full life cycle implementationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reportsExperience with Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applicationsExperience installing/configuring/implementing Infor or Lawson ApplicationsKnowledge of Infor or Lawson M3 modulesInfor CloudSuite knowledge or experience a plusProven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projectsStrong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documentsAble to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectivesWillingness/Ability to travel up to 70%#LI-CS2At Grant Thornton, we believe in making business more personal and building trust into every result – for our clients and you.
