Ameritech Windows a family-owned Colorado company serving homeowners for over 30 years is growing our Inside Sales team and were looking for motivated people who want to learn grow and make real money doing it.
What Youll Do
- Connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in our products
- Have genuine conversations and learn what theyre looking for
- Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
- Communicate value clearly and confidently
- Work toward daily and monthly performance goals
- Track your results and continuously improve
- Be part of a team that celebrates wins and supports each other
Youll have a proven process hands-on training and daily coaching to help you succeed. You dont need years of sales experience you need the drive to get better.

Prior phone or sales experience is a plus but it isnt required. We will train the right person.
Get Paid for Your Performance
$18/hr base pay 3 performance-based bonuses
- Team average: $22$35/hr with bonuses
- Top performers: $35$50/hr

Schedule
Part-Time: MondayFriday minimum 15 hours/week
Full-Time: Available for the right candidate
