Job Description Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli Assistant Manager to oversee our high‑volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. You will build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint. Driver sales growth and attainment of sales and profit goals Manage and develop team members Track inventory levels and ordering Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer expectations are met Conduct meetings with subordinate employees Maintain effective vendor relationships Perform P&L analysis to support business decisions Pay Rates Starting between: $46,400.00 - $67,235.00 per year. Qualifications As a Deli Assistant Manager, you must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level and demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
