Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule
12-Hour Day Shift

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements
- Massachusetts nursing license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- BLS-AHA certification required
- ACLS-AHA certification required
- PALS or ENPC certification required
- TNCC certification preferred
- MAB certification preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Must have a MA license at the time of submission and/or a temporary license.
- No requests for time off (RTO) will be approved.
- Pass/fail ECG/telemetry and medications test during onboarding - one attempt only to pass.
- Tests are administered by virtual meeting prior to assignment.
- Travelers who have worked for the client within the last six months will not be accepted.
