Office Assistant III (Animal Services)

Job Objective And Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE: To answer a multi-line telephone, answer questions and provides information; greets and directs visitors to the appropriate personnel; receives calls and complaints and relays messages and information regarding the Animal Services Shelter and provides related clerical support. This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements And Supervisory Responsibilities

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of high school and at least two (2) years of general clerical experience.
