Key responsibilities include:Organize and maintain recruiting and employee recordsCoordinate and manage the temporary employee hiring processReview, sort, and screen candidate resumesSchedule interviews and communicate with applicantsPrepare onboarding and employment documentationConduct new hire orientation for temporary and direct hire employeesPartner with staffing agencies to support ongoing hiring needsKeep HR and production leadership informed on recruiting progressAssist with payroll and general administrative tasksSupport employee relations and day-to-day HR operationsWhat We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is dependable, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
