I&C Engineer

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an I&C Engineer opportunity to support the Savannah River Site . Work Location Aiken, SC Application Deadline 08/26/26 (by Noon ET) I&C Engineer Duties Provide support engineering services to include, but not limited to, engineering analysis, design development and generation of design output documents. Design output documents consist of P&IDs, control logics, loop diagrams, setpoint lists, instrument and control valve specifications, DCS and PLC design, instrument location and installation design, panel layouts, and vendor document review. Education Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, I&C Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in one of the above disciplines. Experience/Skills Five (5) years' design experience in the nuclear or chemical process industry. Must demonstrate design experience with PLCs and distributed control systems. Must have the ability to walk-down of systems in the field. Preferred Qualifications 2D MicroStation Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).
