Job Summary:
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Portland, Oregon. This position involves providing compassionate end-of-life care for patients in a home health and hospice setting. The role requires delivering attentive, patient-centered services with a focus on comfort, symptom management, and emotional support to patients and their families.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of Skilled Hospice experience, current BLS certification, Oregon and Washington licensure, reliable transportation, and ability to work within a 50-75 mile radius of Portland.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems, palliative care, death pronouncement, and counseling.
• Additional Information: Traveler must have their own transportation and will be expected to serve patients in both Oregon and Washington. The role involves minimal drive time due to effective client grouping. No float rotation required, and no on-call duties. The assignment begins on 08/03/2026.
