Production Supervisor - MP&L

Responsibilities As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You will lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience. Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP). Benefits & Compensation This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480 to $141,360. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
