Job Title: BookkeeperJob Description This role involves providing direct support to the director, assisting with daily operations. Responsibilities + Provide direct support to the director in daily operations. + Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping. + Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed. + Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills + Strong organizational skills. + Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel. + Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing tasks. + Attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Paylocity is beneficial but not required. + Experience in claims management is advantageous. + Interest in organization development. Work Environment The position offers a dynamic work environment where adaptability is key. The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, utilizing technologies such as Excel and potentially Paylocity. The role requires a flexible approach to tasks, fostering a supportive and detail-oriented atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wadsworth, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
