Maintenance Technician - Cortland at Raven

Role Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you hold an EPA certification and have 1‑3 years of experience in facilities services or multi‑family resident satisfaction, delivering best‑in‑class service and performing basic maintenance throughout the community. Interact with residents to identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, etc. Correct unsafe conditions such as open holes, broken glass or gates, broken lights, and immediately assign work to the appropriate staff to ensure timely completion. Ensure asset preservation by verifying that security systems—including automatic doors and surveillance cameras—are functioning properly. Schedule preventive maintenance programs for all equipment to keep them in good working condition. Manage inventory of supplies and spare parts so that work orders can be completed as requested. Work on‑call shifts/schedules to assist with both resident and property emergencies. Benefits Competitive pay with monthly commission and full benefits.
