Contracts and Finance Manager

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Contracts and Finance Manager will manage contract administration, financial management, forecasting, and federal pricing for prime contracts and subcontracts supporting federal healthcare and IT programs. Key responsibilities Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance, funding, and profitability across contracts Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on financial reporting, including monthly profit and loss and cash flow Prepare and maintain annual budgets and forecasts, tracking revenue and profitability by contract Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in federal contracting or government contract accounting Demonstrated experience in federal contract administration and compliance Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Experience with government contract accounting systems such as Costpoint or Unanet
