About the Role
The Company is seeking a Founding Recruiter / Head of People to play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent acquisition and management strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process to attract top talent, with a focus on building a diverse candidate pipeline. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to define and refine company culture and values, as well as managing the full recruitment lifecycle and analyzing metrics to continuously improve hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience in talent acquisition or HR, a proven track record in filling roles across various functions, and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics. Key responsibilities for the Founding Recruiter / Head of People at the company include fostering relationships with hiring managers, championing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The role is particularly suited to individuals with experience in a startup or high-growth environment, and a background in tech and government sectors. The company values excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in building recruitment processes from the ground up, familiarity with AI and software development industries, and a background in employee engagement or organizational development are also preferred.
