Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in Maryland (MD PT License required)
• Experience or passion for working with infants and toddlers
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and early intervention strategies
• Strong communication skills to build partnerships with families and educational staff
• Organizational abilities for managing caseloads and timely documentation
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset to adapt to a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental assessments and implement therapy plans tailored to infants and toddlers
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs/IFSPs)
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small group settings
• Offer guidance, resources, and support for caregivers and parents
• Maintain clear, accurate records and comply with state and district documentation standards
• Participate in evaluation meetings, consultations, and staff development sessions as needed
