Position / Specialty: Cath Lab RN

Shift: Rotating 4x10hrs Day Shifts (0700-1730 & 0930-2000) but varies as we stay until procedures are complete. All team members rotate the shifts but not from day to day. For example, I wouldn't schedule someone 9:30-8 today and then have them 7-5:30 tomorrow…I would lump all their 9:30-8 shifts together into one week to keep some consistency, but then the following week they may be on 1st shift.

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Yes, call requirements are one weekend (Friday, Sat, Sun) per month and a call shift one weekday every week. Call requirements may change based on staffing needs.

Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years of experience

License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers

Special Requirements: EP/Cath experience required

Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs.

Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule

Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift

Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
