Behavioral Health Coordinator - Crisis & Team Support

ELEVATE is seeking a Behavioral Health Coordinator to support the IRSH program in Iowa. The role collaborates with DSPs, nurses, case managers, and IDT to promote safety, independence, and progress toward individualized goals.

You will oversee behavioral supports, crisis prevention, staff coaching, and program documentation, with emphasis on trauma-informed, person-centered practices. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.
