Crawford Care Center is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors in Saegertown, PA!

We're looking for compassionate and experienced RNs who are ready to provide clinical leadership while helping ensure our residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Schedules Available:

• Full-Time: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• PRN: Day & Night Shifts

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.

About the Position

As an RN Supervisor at Crawford Care Center, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversight while supporting our nursing team and ensuring residents receive the care they need.

You'll work closely with nursing staff, providers, families and facility leadership to address resident needs and maintain quality care throughout the facility.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident care across all units and shifts as assigned.

• Conduct rounds throughout the facility and assess resident needs.

• Administer medications and treatments as needed.

• Communicate with physicians, providers and resident families.

• Coordinate with pharmacies regarding resident medications and needs.

• Communicate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Administrator regarding resident care and facility needs.

• Monitor staffing and nursing assignments.

• Respond to staff call-offs and arrange coverage as needed.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.

• Step in to provide direct resident care when necessary.

• Promote a safe, compassionate and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred, but not required .

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as applicable.
