Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex service delivery operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service delivery team to ensure the successful execution of service delivery operations.
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
• Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service quality.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and enhance team performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service delivery management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Delivery Management with a strong understanding of service delivery frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with service management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with cloud services and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in managing teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in service delivery management or a related role.
• Relevant certifications in service management or project management are a plus.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
