Key Qualifications:

• Valid OT or COTA licensure in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Comfort in servicing transition-aged students with a variety of needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time across a limited weekly schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services for MDS transition students at a single school site
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement and independence
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
