Account Manager

A client of Insight Global is seeking an account manager that align with the company's sales philosophy and processes, seek out and research prospective clients, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities include making calls, attending conferences, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations. The role involves collaborating with the Sales and Branch Managers to improve account programs, maximizing sales growth, and staying informed about industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience within the service/technical Industry
• Developing new Client partnerships
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in a facilities management or operations and maintenance environment
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals. Independent decision-making is required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel
