This opening is a full-time position (40 hours/week) on first shift including evenings and weekends. Evening and weekend hours will be eligible for shift differential. Holidays are required and are based on a team rotation. A background check is required prior to the start date. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to provide excellent front-line client services to support clients, customers, clinicians, and care-giving colleagues. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:* Responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in professional manner.* Answering and directing internal and external calls appropriately.* Creating accurate day-to-day admitting information through hospital computer system.* Resolving routine problems and complex situations using appropriate medical terminology, office practices and procedures, and established customer service principles.* Maintaining safe and accurate money handling practices and abiding by all university privacy standards.* Other duties as assigned.**Hiring Range: $17.00 - $21.77**## Additional Information:**Minimum Qualifications:** High School graduate or equivalent. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.**Physical Requirements:**Standing for long periods of time. Exposure to animal dander and/or zoonotic diseases. Exposure to needle sticks, hazardous chemicals, and/or bio hazardous waste.
